Nai Chang has an extensive background in the planning and design of urban /suburban mixed-use projects, retail centers, and department stores across America and Asia. With more than thrirty years of experience, Along with his partners, he is involved in each project from initial client contact, and oversees the project team throughout all phases of planning, design, presentation, and follow-through. Prior to founding DCI Designgroup International., Mr. Chang served as a Senior Vice President and architectural studio head for FRCH Design Worldwide USA.As the leader of the forty-person profit center, he was responsible for management policy, business strategy and development, and marketing,as well as active project oversight. He also served as a Vice President of Design for Anthony Belluschi Architects (Kober / Belluschi) in Chicago before joining FRCH in New York.
Mr Chang’s project includes Xidan Joy City in Beijing, Lotte World II in Seoul Korea, Lotte Intime Department Store in Beijing, Lotte World China in Shenyang, Lotte Kimpo Sky Park in Seoul Korea, Lotte Town& Avenuel in Seoul Korea, Osaka City Center in Osaka Japan, TAIP101 Mall in Taipei, Taichung Center in Taichung, Aekyung City Center in Seoul Korea, Phuket Shopping Center in Phuket Thailand, MyCity Mal in Tokyo Japan, Orlando Fashion Square in Florida USA, Erieview Tower Plaza in Cleveland USA, Bridge Water Commons in New Jersey USA, John Wanamaker’s Department Store in Newark Delaware USA.
Mr Chang is a graduate of Harvard University and Tunghai University . He is a Illinois U.S.A registered architect and a member of AIA New York and International Council of Shopping Centers.
